Pamela L. Giles

Vice President, Verus Health Partners

(850) 710-7196  |   pgiles@verushp.com

Pam is a retired Air Force veteran and has extensive experience as a customer service representative, educator, advisor, and researcher. She holds a master’s degree in Special Education and a bachelor’s in Social Psychology.

After her time in the Air Force, she pursued a career in education, working with students who had special needs. She helped students and their families develop clear goals as they worked to reach their growth potential. During this time, the need arose to help family members during their senior years. Seeing a need for education and assistance for loved ones in the Medicare space, she obtained her FL 2-15 license and began to work with seniors as well.

As Vice President she leads Verus Health Partners recruiting and Medicare training program. She is the co-author of Verus Health Partners’ “ABC’s of Medicare” and Limited Income Subsidy presentations, as well as the Medicare and Veteran Integration training. She has also been a guest speaker on the radio show, Seniors Helping Seniors and supported various assisted living activities fun and educational events. As a chair member of the 1st Medicare Summit for the Florida Association of Health Underwriters she helps set the bar for future Medicare Summits.

Pam’s philosophy is that individuals, whether assessing their health care needs, financial needs, or daily living challenges, make the best decisions when they have the right information and all available options at their disposal. This is why she feels that analysis and education are key to finding the best solutions.

Pam is an active businesswoman, wife, mother, and grandmother. She supports Healing Paws for Warriors, who provide combat veterans with ADA-certified service dogs and enjoys volunteering for animal rescue events. Pam is a member of the Cocoa Beach and Navarre Chambers, where she supports the Military Affairs Committee (MAC).
